01 About Destiago & Scope
Destiago (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides study-abroad and visa consulting services via https://destiago.in (the “Site”). These Terms apply to your use of the Site and any services, consultations, or communications provided by us (collectively, the “Services”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.
02 Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to engage Services. For younger applicants, a parent/guardian must accept these Terms and supervise use.
- Information you provide (including name, contact details, academic/employment history) must be accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access forms or dashboards (if provided).
03 Nature of Services (Advisory Only)
We provide counselling, shortlisting, documentation guidance (e.g., SOP/LOI), and application/visa filing assistance. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approvals, turnaround times, interview outcomes, or decisions by any third-party institution or government authority.
04 Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and documents; promptly inform us of any changes.
- Ensure you meet eligibility criteria and deadlines for institutions/authorities.
- Comply with all applicable laws and the policies of third-party platforms or authorities.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes; do not upload harmful code or infringe intellectual property.
05 Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Service fees (if applicable) will be communicated before engagement and may vary by package or scope.
- Government, embassy, courier, test, and institution fees are separate and paid directly to the respective authorities or gateways.
- Payments are due as invoiced. Late payments may delay services.
- Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy. Fees for work already performed, third-party charges, and non-recoverable costs are generally non-refundable.
06 Appointments, Timelines & Communication
- We endeavor to meet reasonable timelines but cannot control external processing queues or decision times.
- You consent to be contacted by phone, email, or WhatsApp for service updates and coordination.
- Missed or rescheduled appointments may affect overall timelines.
07 Documents & Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of information and documents you provide. We may review and suggest edits (e.g., SOP/LOI), but you retain responsibility for final content and representations.
08 Intellectual Property & License
- The Site, brand assets, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Destiago or its licensors and protected by law.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the Services.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
09 Prohibited Uses
- Using the Site in any way that violates applicable law or rights of others.
- Introducing malware, scraping or harvesting data without permission, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.
- Misrepresenting your identity or submitting forged/altered documents.
10 Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.
11 Privacy
Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

- Outcomes related to admissions or visas are outside our control; no guarantees are made.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Destiago and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim (if any) during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
14 Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Destiago, its officers, employees, and partners from claims or demands arising out of (a) your use of the Site/Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
15 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, outages, or network failures.
16 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site/Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (e.g., IP, fees due, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity).
17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Site/Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
